Legality depends on the tournament format -- Ball Lightning (1) can be legal in some formats and banned or restricted in others

Inferno Titan is the titan of choice for this deck, and while youll also get a lot of mileage from Sun Titan, youre in black, so you have the best reanimation in the game to choose from
